Overview
Women4Success began in September 2001 when founder Karen Morrison started the first group in Costa Mesa, CA in response to a growing need for women business owners to have a supportive, confidential environment in which to share personal and business concerns and get practical feedback and information about growing their business. In June of 2003, Women4Success launched its website, hired its first employee, and quickly grew to five chapters over the next several months.

Business owners and professionals experience results in the Women4Success groups because they immediately get into action. Many businesses stall when the owners can’t decide on what to do next. Business owners may feel overwhelmed; trying one technique, then another, and often quitting before they see results.
Women4Success works because group members act as each others board of advisors: Providing feedback, accountability and support on an ongoing basis. Our dynamic monthly meetings provide powerful group coaching, inspiring guest speakers, and an atmosphere conducive to synergistic creativity.
Our facilitators act as group leaders and coach members towards overcoming obstacles and developing creative solutions for perceived challenges.
Women4Success, LLC is an organization whose mission is to Connect, Empower and inspire women business owners to Achieve more in business and in life. The Women4Success team offers individual business coaching, powerful support groups and motivating workshops.
Women4Success supports women business owners in three distinct ways. The first is to support women business owners through individual coaching. Our team currently works with clients across the globe that seek to:

- While still maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life!
The second way we support women business owners is through powerful support group chapters. Our growing network of Women4Success chapters provides the opportunity for women business owners to connect with other success minded entrepreneurs to set higher goals and reach new heights in their business and professional lives. The third way that we support women business owners is through workshops and seminars. Women4Success offers a variety of seminars on topics that include Goal Setting, Marketing 101, and Overcoming Fear; offering practical hands-on training and education that will be of interest to women business owners.
