Karen Morrison, MA is the Founder & CEO of Women4Success, LLC which
she founded in Sept. 2001 to respond to a growing need for women
business owners to have a supportive and confidential environment
in which to share personal and business concerns and get practical
feedback and information about growing their business.
In addition, Karen is an experienced personal and business coach
offering customized coaching services to help motivated individuals,
small business owners, and entrepreneurs set higher goals, meet
new challenges and reach greater heights in business and most
importantly in life.
Karen brings more than 10 years of practical experience as
a workshop leader, facilitator, counselor, trainer, and manager
to her coaching practice. Karen’s coaching style reflects
her belief that anyone can accomplish their goals in life
if they have the proper tools, support and motivation. With
a Masters
Degree in Clinical Psychology coupled with seasoned business
management experience, Karen is able to grasp the complex
dynamics that make us do the things we do.
This understanding brings coaching to a new level by allowing
the coach and client to reach new heights of personal and professional
success. Through her experience as a counselor and now coach
Karen has had the opportunity to assist hundreds of individuals
in pushing through their comfort zone to achieve breakthrough
results in their businesses, relationships, and personal lives.
Karen lives in Newport Coast, California with her husband and two daughters.
