Karen Morrison, MA is the Founder & CEO of Women4Success, LLC which
she founded in Sept. 2001 to respond to a growing need for women
business owners to have a supportive and confidential environment
in which to share personal and business concerns and get practical
feedback and information about growing their business.
In addition, Karen is an experienced personal and business coach
offering customized coaching services to help motivated individuals,
small business owners, and entrepreneurs set higher goals, meet
new challenges and reach greater heights in business and most
importantly in life.
Karen brings more than 10 years of practical experience as
a workshop leader, facilitator, counselor, trainer, and manager
to her coaching practice. Karen’s coaching style reflects
her belief that anyone can accomplish their goals in life
if they have the proper tools, support and motivation. With
a Masters
Degree in Clinical Psychology coupled with seasoned business
management experience, Karen is able to grasp the complex
dynamics that make us do the things we do.
This understanding brings coaching to a new level by allowing
the coach and client to reach new heights of personal and professional
success. Through her experience as a counselor and now coach
Karen has had the opportunity to assist hundreds of individuals
in pushing through their comfort zone to achieve breakthrough
results in their businesses, relationships, and personal lives.
Karen lives in Newport Coast, California with her husband and two daughters.

Janette Kinnally works with CEO's, entrepreneurs and high impact performers in organizations. Janette has extensive corporate experience working for companies including Disney, KPMG Peat Marwick, DIRECTV and Boeing. She has helped many professionals improve their businesses, their careers and their lives over the past 15 years.
Janette Kinnally has her Master's Degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University and has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management from Bentley College in Boston, MA. She completed a coaching and mentoring certificate program at CTI and California Sate University, Long Beach (over 600 hours of training). Janette is the V.P. of marketing and a board member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), and was formerly a board member of ICF L.A. Janette is currently a business coach and facilitator for the organization Women4Success.com.

Wendi Liechty is a business coach who works with ambitious women
who are ready to take the next step in reaching their potential in
business and in life. She helps women in business re-connect to their
strengths and talents as well as their sense of self to bring fun
and fulfillment to all areas of their lives.
Wendi is an entrepreneur with a successful
coaching business. She understands the challenges of balancing a
business and a family. Professionally she has learned from and enjoyed
the dynamics of working with incredibly unique and talented people.
They are the one common thread that has inspired Wendi to become
a coach. She attended the Graduate School of Coaching and is involved
in their Mentor Program.
Wendi is passionate about facilitating the Inland Empire Chapters of Women
4 Success and looks forward to each session as an opportunity to
connect, inspire, overcome challenges as well as celebrate success.
She believes that each person is extraordinary, and that they are
waiting for the opportunity to show themselves what they can do.

Christina Madrid is a business coach who believes that every entrepreneurial woman deserves to have the information, tools, and support they need to create and sustain business success. She works with her clients to create strategies for breaking down the common barriers we face in our day-to-day business routines. As a coach she provides her clients with the support they need to take action and implement strategies that are sure to defeat the toughest business challenges. Christina is dedicated to creating an environment that supports innovating thinking and creative problem solving, and she serves as a thinking partner and strategist for women who want to bring more passion, purpose, and success into their business ventures.
Christina draws from more than 15 years’ experience working in small, entrepreneurial business settings to help her clients create systems that support business growth. She has worked with her clients in all areas of business from evaluating the viability of a business idea through the start-up process, addressing the common traps entrepreneurs face, all the way through the various stages of small business growth. No matter at what level of business you are, Christina is there to support you energetically and meaningfully to take your business to the next level.
Christina is pursuing a masters degree in education, holds a bachelors degree in business management and has extensive training and certifications as a career and corporate coach. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of 24-7 Coaching, the Career Coaches Institute, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, where she served as Chair of the Ambassador Program (2005). She is currently the Chair of the Welcoming Committee for Team Women.
